Looking for sth to protect tile floor, because those tiles are newly installed, we need to do some work above the floor. it is a big area, around 80000 square feet tile flooring, just looking for some one time use material, the cheaper the better. anyone can give me some advice will be highly appreciated.
Protect it from what exactly? What about hard cardboard? You could scour the bigger groceries to see if they have any large sheets of hard cardboard that they want to dispose. Construction plastic (polyethylene) may also be an option.
many contractors use heavy duty poly/plastic liner that you get on large rolls to protect tiled, carpet or wood floors. Ply or other solid sheet may scratch the tile if there is dirt, sand or debris between it.
