Decadence in this country is so thick , we amused and distracted by the simplest of things.

I telling yuh, Phillip is the only person that giving me hope. Place bad and things bad, but at least it have somebody to believe in.

That strip still needs better signage. The current signs have too small text to be read at night. What we need is the big flashing board that reads "

H I G H
W A Y

E N D S

S L O W
D O W N

like what they use when there is road work.

Remember that Saddam has gotten garbage bins to be placed all over his town after winning, elections and the corporation passed and removed them...

PNM is just rubbish. Can't do better and can't stand to let someone do better.

Is it that bp HAS to hire locals?

Why are they hiring elsewhere?

A protestor made strong claims emphasizing that he is “proud”. Proud of what exactly and proud to be what? Could a “proud” and entitled mentality be the reason why bp is not hiring them?

Is it a work ethic issue?

What’s happening here?

I remember seeing that foreign companies have a local quota to employ.

The men here is in a small feild.

Wrt the equipment, if the regulatory bodies deem their practices are regular and correct fir the feild, then there is no reason not to hire local.

If bp/bg say it's not up to spec, then our regulatory bodies need to do some soul searching and guide our local companies.

Big people talking here, your whittle brain can't grasp this type of discord. Go and spew some of your usual nonsense in the Venez thread.

Let the more intelligent tuners do their bidding. The answers to your dotish questions may be right in front your eyes to see.

Put it this way sMASH.
When local companies have tank repairs, they sometimes will use the company my dad works for. They will use the QUALIFIED locals/Caribbean nationals first. No preferential treatment. If no nearby qualified folks can be found, they will bring folks from as far as South Africa if they need to.Big companies do not play de arse with safety like local companies.
The one safety tarnish under my dad's watch was a local that was subcontracted from Carillion that fell from a scaffold on a night shift that wasn't wearing a harness when foreign supervisors weren't on the job.It still p1sses him off to this day.
