Anyone knows where in trinidad sells a circular saw guide? bhagwhansingh doesn't have.

if you making the one like pictured above,
make it out of laminate flooring, slippery so saw will glide over easy and it is thin and stiff.

your saw has to be well aligned for those guides to work, if the saw was ever dropped on its base
sometimes the alignment of the motor/blade with the base will be off and some saws are not adjustable there.

more importantly a good quality blade is key or if in tougher material the saw will wander easy

I ended up just flipping a old table and cut a groove for the blade and bolted it up on the underside. Saw a video on YouTube and it worked for what I wanted it for was just to cut a couple pieces of laminate flooring length ways

bess cheapest ting is buy a 4ft level & 2 spring clamp - shud be about $150

if u ripping ply\mdf longways\8ft use d edge of another sheet which is usually straight ....
