THE POLICE killing of a reputed high-ranking gang member of the “Unruly ISIS” gang has sparked protests by residents in Enterprise.

Shortly after the daybreak killing of Anton Mitchell, aka “Breddie”, at his home at Walter's Lane, residents blocked the roads and burnt debris.

They claimed that police killed him while he was asleep in his home.

Police said that Mitchell was the second in command of the “Unruly Isis” gang, and he was a nephew of reputed gang leader Selwyn “Robocop” Alexis, who was killed in Enterprise in July.

Alexis was at his business place at Freedom Street when unknown suspects shot at him.

Two other men were killed in the shootout.

Mitchell's killing occurred at around 6 a.m.
