Anyone knows who owns this land on Pierre Road?

I'm hoping that someone might know someone who might know someone etc who knows who owns this piece of land. It's on Pierre Road and is walled around with a huge gate to the front. If I had to guess, it's about 100k sqft and might be some sort of gated community in the making. Outlined in red in the pics. Thanks!
