CARELESS DRIVER SOUTH PARK

Yesterday around 5 pm at south park the driver of the white tiida Parked and was about to exit his vehicle when he suddenly saw the silver 4x2 ford ranger rolling back from a park position in front pizza Hut hitting the tiida and the blue sunny which was properly parked.
Aparantly the Driver of the Ford vehicle exited his vehicle without applying his hand brakes causing his vehicle to roll back and causing damages to the vehicle which was parked behind.
The drivers who sustain damages done to their vehicles am not sure what action they would take against the careless driver of the TDD Ford Ranger

Insurance also covers stupidity, so all the persons have to do is have there vehicles repaired and pass the cost unto the insurance company of the idiot. Well that is if they have insurance in the first place.
