Looks like a common Orb Weaver. Rounded abdomen orange to brown/black. I'd say release it but put it somewhere out of the way from where you walk regularly and whatnot. They're helpful in reducing mosquito populations. Their Venom toxicity is of low risk (not toxic) to humans and they are a non-aggressive group of spiders. Seldom bite...

Silver garden spider (orb weaver family). These are not aggressive or dangerous. Most spiders are not.

The orb-weaver has low toxic levels, their venom is not powerful enough to cause harm to humans. The bite causes localized swelling and redness that goes away in about a day or so..
However I'd suggest you move them away from the kids...the bite stings a bit and is itchy

^ see that white sack it's carrying? That's an egg sack. Filled with millions of baby spiders like that. When it opens they swarm out. And then disappear in every crack and crevice in your house. Burn the house down. Now.

Ok maybe I'm exaggerating a bit. Maybe not.

Most likely that is the bottom dwelling spider. Expect hundreds of baby spiders to be crawling out yuh rear. I would suggest taking a purge.

Main type coming to mind is a Huntsman spider. But not 100% certain.
