TBH......any business is successful. Once you invest your time and money into it
ive seem a lot of big businesses even power sellers here on the forum...and the way they treat customers...and is like they customer begging for service...

nedco gives 50K for the first time borrow this must be able to pay for your stock as well as your over head...employee salary..rent...lights....etc etc..

do buy good genuine items.....don't buy the fake chit and claim is real....
do try to contact the manufacturer in order to get listed as a authorized dealer....
don't claim to be an authorized dealer and when something goes wrong...you cant help.....

btw what you going to get to sell to the tuners that we cant normally get at the other performance shops....like peak performance......tuner imports....teknet performance .......garvins performance shop......blue coral racing.....just to name a few....

know your clients.....know their demands....and stock accordingly....

Keep your books straight-thats the best way to be sure that YOU are making the decisions based on real data -not opinions

and question the business plan...take it and get third fourth and fifth party opinions...

I sent emails to various manufacturers aem, turbonetics, greddy ect what I want to offer to the tuner are a place where u can get anything for any vehicle if I don't have in stock will ship it in I realized that customer service in TNT is poor I want to offer customer service according to the US standards and I'm not dealing with any parts that isn't authentic my goal is to open a local up garage like in Japan but also have a section for brand new parts

I am going to scrutinize every section of the data plan until it is flawless also I going to log everything and base my stock on that

Well your opinion is subjective as well.
So with respect I would use other opinions from suitably qualified people to then formulate the decision.
Which does not have to correlate with your opinion.

One of the more successful persons I know ...sole out his biz and left the country about 5 years ago

He recently was offered a former competitors business in exactly the same industry...what he sold but different location.

Despite 30+ years in the industry/business he spent a while getting advice from others --finance,real estate, politics, the economy etc etc etc.

He then made his decision.

Ultimately you will make a better decision if you get un biased but informed advice.

Good luck with it.
