yesterday I was driving through New Grant rain started falling , had my window down and the rain that came into the vehicle was freezing cold, had to put up glass. This was about 3 pm after a full day of sun in that area. All over the world countries getting record temps so maybe we will too.

Nope. Lowest on record was 16.5*C, back in January '76 or '77.
You could call and ask. My memory lil fuzzy. I may have mentioned it before in this thread as well.
