What happen was, the man must be come to clear he barrel ah goods. Customs jam him with duties and vat, he get so dotish that he end up taking a drop home with the transport driver for the barrel, forgetting where he parked his car, he reported it as stolen and still police could not locate his B11 sunny until today. Case closed.
Check licensing office and get the certified. whover name it in...give it to their estate(in the case it was never transferred). Is $100 fro the Certified and in 2 weeks you would find the owner. If not call the police and let them wreck it to the station.
