Yup. Personally I don't think the idea to make chaguaramas a tourist hot spot is a bad idea in itself. Along with the fact that there was a butting of heads over where some state enterprises (like Caribbean Fisheries) would have moved to. Yes the plan extended all the way down to that area. Alot of heads got chopped off at the State level over the very thought of moving such agencies.
But the war is still being fought Blue_CP9A....
