WTK Samsung LED TV Repair

Screwed up my 39" LED TV bought from Massy Stores last year, Wasn't playing AVI files via USB so decided to see if updating would help. Everything went well until it said it would restart but never did... Googled but to little avail... unplugged and waited a while and now the red light is on but tv wont respond via using remote or manual power button... I may need to find someone who can factory reset without the tv coming on... any suggestions in finding a technician would be appreciated, preferably East-West

bumping an old post.
my samsung led series 5 smart tv has a problem.
The tv coming on but its showing extremely dim and flickering sometimes.. any ideas? LUXSAM for it?
