Likely
Service was sluggish but still working last night
Now nothing this morning

Not usual for them to have downtime (at least in my area)

Like is frustrated Premier League fans targeting them lol. Apparently Amplia is the only one who will be carrying the new Csport channels that will be broadcasting the Premier League games for the next three seasons since Flow and Digicel said they will not be adding them...

Service pumping fine by me
Thanks. There were outages in several places last week. Internet went down on Monday for me. After they fixed the problem in my area, my router still wouldn't connect. The tech replaced the router on Friday and all was good until this morning. On their Facebook page, Amplia issued an update about 3 hours ago that "services have been restored" but it's still malfunctioning by me. Sometimes no internet service or if there is service, it's very slow.

They sorta hard to find as aliexpress does remove the post etc so what they do is like a (popup post) and then disappear with new accounts seems... Have to click around and use different keywords in search bar (12 months, iptv, 3 device) etc
Sometimes dey advertising it under different product but descriptions has the info and selection.. Hence why I said random ones as you wouldn't find back a user u buy from again

The router address would be the default gateway. Usually 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 in a browser window.
Nokia is sometimes 192.168.18.1

The default credentials is admin
password is on a sticker under your router.

The easy way to access it:
Windows 10. Open File Explorer (Win+E). On the left side scroll all the way down and you will see Network just above Recycle Bin. Click on it. Turn on Network Discovery if it isn't on. And then you will see the router and anything else connected on the right side under "Network Infrastructure"
Click on it and a page will open up to the login.
The default credentials is on a sticker under your router.

Or run in Powershell: Get-NetIPConfiguration | Foreach IPv4DefaultGateway
to find your default gateway and login with it on your browser.

Having this same issue trying to be able to view the cameras from an app.

Amplia doesn't allow customers to access the router's management page, they will assign a static IP at a cost of $100.

Still haven't been able to get it to work yet.

Anyone knows if Amplia internet service remains up during a power failure (assuming that the ONT/router has backup power)?

I know this is a late reply but if you're still interested, I got 23.9Mbps down, 15.2Mbps up, 92.7ms ping.

What plan is that?

With flow atm 200mbps down and 25 mbps up with ping to at&t miami at 62

Speed wise i get constant speeds(knock on wood) was hoping a lower ping and sacrifice a 50 meg as their package for 150mpbs down and up

I dont mind the extra upload speeds but i dont regular upload large files most a youtube 4k drone video etc once in a while

That's a 25Mbps download and 15Mbps upload. It was Amplia's lowest speed plan in 2021. I used to have Flow before but I relocated and changed service provider. I've had just 2 problems with Amplia so far. The 1st time they responded within 4 working days and replaced their router. They offered a rebate but I forgot to follow up. The 2nd time was when some TSTT lines were damaged down in south and affected a lot of customers. Other than that, their service has been fine with consistent speeds and no drops. With Flow, there service would drop a bit too much, sometimes for short periods but sometimes for hours.

It definitely does once the ONT/router has power, your internet will stay up unless there is another issue. Even during the big power outage year before I was online basically whole day with my laptop and the amplia router plugged in to UPS/battery power.

Thanks. Exact usage that I had in mind. Wanted to be sure before I spend money on a UPS.
