not much regularised transport..... another thing to blame Rowley for ent....like losing yuh car keys, bird sheiting on yuh car, yuh babes feeling angst cos it she period, and hurricanes in the USA...

I will NOT put blame on the T or P car, if that's what you to choose to travel with rather than wait an extra 5 mins for a taxi car.

I put all blame on the passenger if he/she gets injured in any way.

Are you aware that there are areas in T&T where registered taxis operated by licensed and insured taxi operators are a nonexistent entity, & that "PH" or "TH" vehicles are the only means of conveyance?

if not, your reality doesn't relate to life's reality in T&T.

Op is a shelterd boi... country side dosent have proper h vehicles.... do you know the cost of geting a band for a maxi? And as with everything in our lovely country the hoops ur made to jump through before you do get one? The rate our gov going i woudnt doubt theyd crack down on this in a timing and make people walk or sumtin..... saying taxi is a luxury walk and ud b healthy!

I dunno where to start wit dis one.....

Even in urban areas, there are not constant taxis.

OP don't live in T&T, seemingly. it's not as black and white as that.

people live in rural areas needing transport, there are many factors.

If the police stop, what then? they'll come back. maybe this is why the police doh stop, since people have no choice to use them.
