All his previous reports were for domestic cricket....this is his first for international cricket. They are treated separately (i.e. you can be called/reported in one version but still play the other and vice versa). Doesn't make total sense but the ICC operates like that.
Narine is not no world class spin bowler...you're class spin bowler only if you can dominate all formats of the game and he is yet to prove himself in the test arena.
WHile i'm not inclined to believe that there's some sort of bias against narine. I do find it odd that when his action was much worse and he was tested and cleared all the times. Now his action is plainly much cleaner with the exception of the odd wrongun, they deemed ALL of his deliveries illegal, his carrom ball is as straight as it gets.
With his action you have to add Fidel, Tait and shoaib to the list..i doh think they were called...i believed their actions met the icc degree/angle requirements..
