If you know the number plate, why not go to licensing office? Happened to me, went licensing office the next day and home by the person who hit me right after, but anyhow Goodluck finding the person

Well it happened bout an hr ago....on the main road by harrinath street/eldorado south Hindu school road....the b14 was proceeding in an eastern direction like heading to caura and dinsley etc

go to licensing. say u was in a hit and run and give them the number plate. and pay for a c/copy. then go to police and person after.
