I remember in the early 1990s you could get a printed cert copy in less that one hour once you paid you money. That's if it was not transferred on the same day

Before that in the late 1980s they used to post it home to you.

Got my new certified copy and it only took me 3 weeks. Yeah that 24 Hrs thing must be a typo... like my name... that they misspelled. Now I have to go through the headache again.
