looking for legal advice

In terms of if a company owes money and dont want to pay due to his personal suspicion etc.....

what actions legally i can take?

any lawyers browsing the forum these days?

any fraud officers?

my fiancee is an attorney and she needs clarification on what ur asking because what you just typed doesnt make much sense. pls rephrase.

Was it necessary to say your fiancee? Or tuner must kno you have ah gyul?

do you have proof of the sum owed ?( invoices contract etc ) if so once a company owes u money get an attorney to write dem a pre action letter stating the sum owed and give dem a time frame to pay it back if its not paid and the amount is over $16k ( i think ) the matter can be taken to the hi court , wher a judgement can be made against the company if they stii refuse to pay .. wher u can actually take items ( cars land equipment etc ) from the said company and auction it off to repay your debt ..the process takes a while but all cost etc is paid back by the owing company / person etc
