Could anyone tell me what is the best any safest way to remove paint from a car which is on rubbers and plastic on the vehicle without damaging the plastic and rubbers place are like plastic on mirrors trunk hinge bonnet pole plastic grill and plastic around fog lights and also bonnet rubbers

Will it damage the plastic or fade it also will it damage the rubbers

Well if that is the case why are there rubbers in the master cylinder and the reservoir tank is plastic and it don't fade.
