check Mafeking Village in Mayaro..you are guaranteed to get down on that side...you'd pay a lot though but you are sure not to get them sheit from Venezuela(which tastes like sheit)..

I ended up making that trek to Plum Mitan but the guys up on that end said that they not catching any these days, They all saying next month. Anyways on my way back from Manzan to Mayaro I found a place right after the big bridge by a house....I paid $175 for 30...sizes ranged from small to medium.
