I also live in the area and I use G4S for monitoring and response. Allied security does their response in the central area been using them for years with no problems.

I had almagamated ... their response time is not good .... at times they would take 45mins -1hr since they respond from st Augustine.... both g4s and blink uses allied as their response whose head office is 5mins away from the area so response time is excellent and they always in and around the area. They use a gps system so when a signal is sent all respond units gets the same signal and closest vehicle responds.

I had a totally different experience with them their response was fast and efficient as the alarm went off in under a minute they would call and if i didnt respond in 15mins armed guards would be by my house

Thinking about the blink for a building under construction. Any ideas on setting up a remote monitoring? What's a good system to use?
Any other ideas welcomed.
Thanks.

do your own DSC system... and pay blink to do the monitoring.. tuner called scoobert_doo is an alarm tech.
tell him you want the latest wireless DSC with GSM/GPRS /LTE communicator unit and he go sort you out.

Bumping this thread for new reviews. My use case is a house central no alarms or cameras currently installed … willing to do cameras and alarms separately or as a package but would like to do my due diligence and research first.
Bmobile secure, essentia, DIY or any other options. Willing to listen and learn

Allied has mobile patrols in several neighbourhoods in the cunupia and endeavour areas
Allied also handles Vigilance home alarm systems too

If everyone can get together in a neighborhood and contribute towards the patrols, it works out really good.

That's what is done here.
Our neighbourhood interviewed a number of security firms, they did site visits and spoke to the residents, short listed and then Allied was decided on - it costs everyone less than if they went individually
