Wtk .. is it possible to change vehicle from T to P

OK tunerland..I bought a van licensed T but gonna end up using it for private use and font like the hassle of license office . How possible is this and what is the procedure?
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated

What type of vehicle is it? As far as i know you cannot do that with pickups or trucks...we have a long wheelbase Land rover that we changed the registration from T to P many years ago...ill try to find out the procedure and get back to you.

Its a Renault kangoo.. Small van like a breadvan

Once the vehicle has been registered for at least five years a letter has to be written to the Transport Commissioner requesting the change with the necessary form filled out. If over 5 years the change is free. If the vehicle has been registered for less than 5 years the difference in MVT for a "P" vs a "T" vehicle has to be paid.
