x2 on freeport. You could take a drive up to the Lakshmi Narayan temple. It secluded so there is minimal light and the stars are visibleDFC wrote:go up the freeport up in the central range.
My friend has a house there and there is literally minimal light pollution.
We went in his back yard and spread two yoga mats and lie down with google star map and a cheap telescope.
my friend showed me all the constellations and stars and planets etc.
He asked me what planet i really wished to see and i said "uranus"
we had a pretty good time actually.
Anyways get Google Sky Map and it will tell you what stars and planets visible etc and real time location of the constellations.
