Driveway Blocking Advice

Hey guys,

I wanted some advice, I live on a main road and i'm constantly blocked in by indiscriminate Drivers going to nearby businesses. I have erected No Parking signs etc and still no use. Any advice? Is that illegal?

Tried talking to the business owners? Put a notice up in their offices about being polite to local residents about parking.

If they don't help then the PoPos and their money making partners with tow trucks to make a pass every now and then.

Yup. If u have a bridge. Jus raise d edges by abt 4 inches. This wud prevent someone from parking on your Driveway or bridge. But it cannot stop them from parkin on d road in front your house. .

yup the road is public space. they can legally park there once there is no police or traffic sign saying otherwise. You putting a sign does not count.
Blocking your gate however is another story.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys. The problem with the Wreckers is that by the time they reach the vehicles are usually gone. I spoke to the business but that didn't help either. Its tempting to puncture a tyre or something but with all the crazy people out there i don't want to endanger my family.

P.S The drivers are more upset than me when asked to moved their cars...

I've noticed a trend in pos where companies remove their entire outer wall and make a "parking lot" for their customers along roads that have days allocated for parking. Can you get wrecked for parking in front of that? Note, it's not the driveway that you're blocking unless someone can make the entire front of their property a driveway.
