Sometime before 3 p.m today, this winner cleared away the branded signage and bus shed thing in front of Runway restaurant on Piarco boulevard.

Police were looking fed up so I didn't take a photo of the accident site when they were loading the van onto the wrecker.

Well look at that....he was looking good tight at the scene. Hand clearly broken and he was unbothered.

Quite a few drivers not fit to be behind the wheel due to medical issues and still driving. Encountered a recovering stroke patient some days ago who had an episode and almost killed himself and a couple. A few years ago dealt with another who went into diabetic shock and slammed into a Ranger

My wife's 92 yr old grand father still drives. Passed him by around by UWI the other day.
I'm not even sure he sees all that well.

Yeah so why the family allowing that? Which authority is renewing that license annually? Which doctor writing a letter stating that this man is fit to drive? Who will pay when he manslaughters someone on the road?

My grandfather was stopped at age 78 by the family after he got in several fender benders over the previous 3 years. Time to renew they just said no, and then took away the car. Old people can be stubborn like that but they're past that age where they care about responsibility on our roads. He doesn't have to drive for anything we do everything for him, carry him anywhere he wants.

Same question I ask. So far the only answer I got is he only drives in the area.
He has three children here (my MiL included) so its up to them to do something about it.
