I would like to know the average cost and sessions of a personal fitness instructor at any gym?
Also is it worth paying an instructor or just get stuff off youtube or fitness websites,

It worth it. $200-$500 a session at home depending on how popular the person is.

Cost less if the person is affiliated with a gym and you go to the gym to train.

100 Jumping jacks
25 burpees (as much as)
50 push ups(as much as)
50 squats(as much as)
50 Lunges(as much as)
25 Pull ups

Increase as time goes on

every morning

Not worth it unless you either:
1) Have to compete/do complex activities.
2) Have ZERO confidence in yourself.

Here's a helpful thread to start OP.

From personal experience when I tried to join the gym years ago, most trainers would have you jumping from machine to machine and doing every isolation exercise they can think of while they work with other clients.

They like to make fat chicks work the hips and legs to make them feel
The fat there will magically disappear.

I make a joke last week in front of a few of them if anybody planning january pics session to compare later in the year and the gym should have some form of prize, they were not amused
