if you use an Apple or Android smartphone:

Pioneer AppRadio 3
http://www.amazon.com/PIONEER-AppRadio- ... B00D6ZETV2

Pioneer AppRadio 4 with CarPlay
http://www.amazon.com/Pioneer-AppRadio- ... 00OBSKRGY/

http://www.appradioknows.com/

I have an AppRadio 3 over a year now and it is incredbile:
• Capacitive Touch multi-touch screen (pinch to zoom etc)
• Full Navigation, comes with GPS built-in
• Runs WAZE on the deck
• Works with SIRI (has SIRI Eyes Free) and Google voice commands ("Call Jill" or "Read my messages" or "remind me to buy bread") without touching your phone. Have your text messages read to you and reply to the text message by speaking the reply to the car radio.
• built in bluetooth
• AppRadio Live brings calendars, reminders, notifications straight to your car radio screen.
• Considerably cheaper than flagship navigation head units that cannot even compete with Waze in T&T

Some good suggestions here. Depends on what you want.
Have both the Alpine cda117 and the Pioneer 80Prs. Both good single din units but I prefer the 80Prs. Has all the processing you need, auto eq etc., so no need for any external processor.
