STOLEN 432E CATERPILLAR BACKHOE TCY 2294 $20k REWARD

Stolen on Thursday 30th of October 2014.

The machine was stolen from the chaguanas area and was accompanied by a PBW Almera. A very tall (6.6ft) middle age African Man probably in his early 50's was driving the Almera PBW. His name is Lennox Bailey from chaguanas Enterprise. I believe its a local car. Neighboring footages was picked up.

Simplest i've seen was a locked metal "flap" over the battery compartment, then one pole of the batter os disconnected after use bu d operator. This leaves blame to 1 person.

I have always wondered about the manner in which people secure these expensive pieces of equipment.
Losses of parts,batteries (and even fuel) has been going on for as long as I can remember, now they going with the whole damn thing.
