if there was a break u wont get anything - definitely not a 145mbps upload speed. that is something in digi network or something.

Their BS seems to be the one thing you can count on.
What methods are you using to pay the bill and stay out of arrears?

Error message from https://billpaynow.digicelgroup.com:808 ... ypeValue=0 .
And the crap app also reports "feature not available" when trying to make payment.

yeah i had issues with the webpage... so i end up using the app instead.

Anyone having issues with digi internet or TV?

Logged on to the router to check and saw the status of the internet as disconnected. Restarted and everything else now saying 'connecting'. Internet still 'disconnected '.

like digi give me a speed increase from 100 to 150mb.

it raised again in July 2022.
$573 to $590 and $305 to $310.
Havent checked the commercial increases yet.

Now activated my Disney + free from digicel.

Once you have a cable package u can get it

They charge $40 a month for the Disney+ access, I had to go digging in the terms and conditions for it, I'll stick to my credit card billing, but it's a good option for ppl who not big on credit card usage

usually they're run NAT to NAT.
The one installation where it is in bridged mode, was done after leasing two public IP's (IP4) from Digicel.
1 IP for the device itself, and the other for the device that is hosting services.

Anyone else noticed for the last 5 days their net dropping for a couple of minutes and then might come back up? Throughout the entire day. Not at specific moments.

Channel 100 (ABC) was giving some trouble this morning. either no signal or audio gone and video moving like a snail.

Have the same problem in the Cunupia area but with ALL the channels. Any channel you switch to would play normal for about 10 seconds then the video and audio would get choppy, then black out.

Rebooted all the devices but no change. Tech support is a fail.

Internet working fine, just the cable tv screwed up.
