WTK: Jetblue airline reviews

Postby Premchand1976 » June 29th, 2014, 5:25 pm

Noticed lately jetblue seems to be seriously eating up the Caribbean airlines passengers with their low fares.

Any reviews on service and flying ? Smooth flight etc etc ?

Also, other than Piarco, are there any other locations to purchase tickets ?

Thanks.

I've flown with Jet blue many times domestically in the US and internationally and I'm yet to have a negative experience with them. Their customer service is great (even at Piarco) and their in-flight service is pretty good too.
Why not purchase tickets online? that's the easiest option. There is also a Western Union payment option (for an additional fee) but I'm not sure if that applies in T&T as well.

My sister and her husband just came back today actually using JB and its worth it
They only had positives to say about the airline....trip to FLLx2 450USD return even if you pay for an extra piece well less than the 450+USD per person on CAL

is only ppl who wanna go and bring back half of Miami in their 2 pieces of luggage on CAL will complain!

I kinda dislike flying with CAL, their flight attendants have the kfc guntress attitude.

CAL has always been just OK.

If jetBlue has leg room as good as or better than CAL, then I'lll definitely check them out.

How do you expect CAL flight attendants to deal with nasty trini attitudes. It's a mirror image for them.
This is trini culture and is seen with all trinis in any service in private or worst public service. Customer service stinks in TT.
I have said it before trinis are nasty ppl to deal with especially if it's a trini dealing with a trini.
A foreigner might experience a different levels of service .
On the other hand if you are abroad and dealing with a trini it's an another different level of service. Trini appreciate trinis abroad but not in TT.

i booked a flight ...july 30-Aug 2014
CA 609USD per person
Jetblu - 460USD

even if i pay 50usd for an extra luggage i still better off with Jet Blu than CA

I used jetblu domestically in the US
Excellent service

its a budget airline so dont expect any frills, but the plane has more leg room and your own head rest TV, $40 for 2nd checked in bag, no meals but all the chips you can eat. Clean plane and friendly staff, flew with them twice internationally and once domestic within the US.

CAL's lil sandwich and plantain chips don't count as food.

And what about the time CAL was walking around with baskets full of snacks (probably trying to cut costs).

Standard seats tbh i am 5' 9" i cant fathom needing to pay for the more legroom seat. I can sit buckled and stretch my legs out about 70 degrees without touching the seat in front.

I dont see how allyuh cant go 5 hrs without eating. Them blasted early hours mankind have to check in, as I reach on board, take my window seat and knock out before the plane even takes off. No tanty to bother me every 5 mins with weak bladder. Zzzquil FTW
