its a common problem, you can try the following:

1. If on google chrome, navgiate to "http://www.trinituner.com/v3/"

2. right click anywhere on the page and click on 'View page source'

3. make sure line 227 says: "function noContract()"

4. if it says "function adContract()" then your machine is infected with adware.

5. Download spybot search and destroy from:

http://filehippo.com/download_spybot_search_destroy

6. install and run a scan...

7. download and install ccleaner:

http://filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/

install and run the cleaner.....u may also want to use ccleaner to disable unwanted startup programs

8. scratch left nut

9. thank user 'stev' for giving u free advice on basic / simple computer cleanup

10. cuss user 'stev' for being an 'a55hole'

11. remember u never paid for a trinituner account

12. remember u never supported tuner by donating any money (disregard if already donated)

except that, based on his explantation, the ads he is talking about are not our ads, but from some virus or adware that is creating browser popup windows.

Anytime I visit trinituner, all other YouTube videos I watch afterwards are muted by default. Tuner sets the YouTube's volume settings to mute for those popup ads above therefore you have to keep clearing the cache after visiting YouTube to undo this. I find this much more annoying than those popups with volume tbh!

The youtube popup ads on Tuner are the worst. Especially when you open a page and it pushes everything down to make space for the ad so you end up clicking the ad instead of what you wanted to click.
