2-5 million TT to blow...what would you do?

I saw a post in another tread stating that the Porsche 911 turbo is the absolute best sport car/super car that can be had for between 2-5million TT dollars.(Porsche fan checking eeen )
That got me thinking..is he correct?
So I ask you tuners ,what is the fastest accelerating , best handling and all round has the best driving dynamics of a super car that can be had for 2-5milion TT dollars and please state why (performance stats optional )?
