it ranges froma few hours to a day for the message. refund in a few days online.
Also the statue of limitations on tax refunds in florida is 3 years. dunno what went on with the 2021 message, but got a refund approved message for a Jan 18th 2020 order that was sent earlier this morning so doing them all including that one.
Refunds will be applied to whatever is the current payment method.

i'm wondering if i have to send in invoices individually. i sent a bunch to amazon in one email and they replied concerning just one invoice, and no response about the others.

Lucky man, my packages still in miami. I emailed them about it yesterday and the reply I got was one was in transit to POS and the other is in miami waiting to be processed. But my account doesn't reflect that the first one in transit.

Don't know if anyone of you all ever had this issue, but Amazon has been breaking up my items that I purchased in 1 order into multiple shipments which makes it quite difficult to pre-alert packages as each of the shipment has the same invoice which will have the total for all items. Also this is costly as the skybox will obviously charge more with all these different shipments from the same order.

Ever? This became the norm sometime back and bordering on ridiculous. I now remove items from my cart based on shipping dates given and try to batch items as much as possible with the similar delivery estimates.. Even with prime, shipments broken up just to achieve the 2 day target. If there is a better way I'd love to know..

But the thing is all the items in my 1 order have the same delivery date to them, so how Amazon end up breaking certain items up in different shipments. Also Amazon broke a few items up in different shipments and each shipment arriving yet on the same day. This makes zero sense.

Upload the same invoice for each shipment.
Calculate shipmvalue based on the invoice.

All your stuff not coming from the same warehouse. They ship from wherever the logistics are most profitable.

Hmmm, haven't thought of that, in that case it makes sense. There should probably be some consolidation point so these different shipments can merge back into one shipment / 1 order but that would mean Amazon likely will be catering for freight forwarders and not the average consumer who don't have to be concerned about shipment costs.

Amazon ain’t care bout any freight forwarder

You put a US address for delivery they deliver all your items to that address at their most competitive rate

If you want Amazon to deliver to Trinidad once it eligible, you will get one bundled order because only in that instance a single shipment is better to optimize cost for them.

They doing this long time. Amazon basically sources the items listed from whatever warehouses they have stock in that can push out the orders the fastest. They don't cater for people purchasing to export so they don't factor in package consolidation. That's why I don't really purchase on Amazon unless I have to.

One payment on one order on Amazon with the same approximate delivery date for all packages doesn't mean that all packages coming from the same physical location. As mentioned before, they basically post it from whichever place can fulfill the order.

Your skybox prealerts by shipping tracking number or invoice number?
Some skyboxes used to consolidate orders for a fee, but as long as they can can maximize charges for each package, they will.

You do not have to uplaod the whole invoice.
Just the cost of that item.

Jetpak is winning once again with delivery and the prices. Seems they have settled down. Arrived Jan 6 and delivery today. Their drivers are quite well trained I may add.
