Ur must have a registered business,must show where you gonna use fuel and how much you will use for the month.Must get a form to submit information to energy ministry.Rahamats,unipet,boodosingh,use the yellow pages,they will tell you more.

they will also have to inspect your storage facilities.

be advised, since that black market scandal, it's gotten a lot harder to get a permit for bulk acquisition. the MOE may think the worst(black market supplier/profiteering).
approach with caution
