Help! LF PBD 5541 involved in hit & run

Hey guys, i have a friend who was involved a hit and run yesterday in barataria. As stated, the vehicle number is PBD 5541 and they're not too sure on the make of the vehicle but believes it a libero wagon (white). A report was made. The front of the vehicle in question should be damaged. Please be on the look out. Any help appreciated. PM any info thanks!!

too many jackasses on the road...some guy hit me and run too...luckily was a scrape on bumper...he nearly get fcked up by a truck after he hit me...will keep a look out OP.
