Its not the Privy Council, it the slow pace by the trini law courts and conmen Lawers looking to stretch every dollar out their clients by prolonging cases in order to reach the 5 year limit.
before independence the British law system in trini was quick and hangings was a normal thing.
Ppl like boysie Singh, had their cases rapped up in months and buss throat right after.
