Head found on pavement,on Nelson Street 9/9/13

Doing some work on the Nelson's and got this as I watched outside,looks like a head on the pavement lower part of the the lamppost ,street blocked off

Still early with the story ,but people saying well crowd growing ,police ain't on patrol again around the area ,they kidnap a youth since Friday , is a half a head on the ground, well the guys in the white jump suite on the scene.

1) A severed head was discovered on Nelson Street in Port-of-Spain.
2) Most likely it was cut off and did not fall off on its own.
3) Most likely someone else cut the head off and not the owner of the head.
4) Four policemen driving two Nissan X-Trail Classics arrived on the scene and determined that it was not a howler monkey's head, but that of a human.
5) Caution tape was put up at the scene to keep undesirable people out who may contaminate the scene.
6) CSI was called in and one policeman wearing a beanie hat was left behind to protect the crime scene.
7) NLCB was informed of the situation and allegedly advised to play Dead Man today in the 12 o'clock draw.
