Licence office recalls cars in pcv series? Wah?

Reports says 100 cars in pcv and tcv series recalled because of same registration number. Hoax? Did I miss this series? These people never getting it right

They claim its a mix up, looks like somebody was at play when the commish was away

Well when i got my registration number this week in south they told me i got 7131, then the next day they said its a mix up and the number really is 7714

Must be an error. Have no PCV cuz I doubt I so limited to see not one of the 9,999 cars that would have been in PCV series. There wasn't a PAV or PBV.

There is a mix up going on though. I am waiting on a van from n+m and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Only for them to tell me that they went to pick up the cert copy and LO said there was another vehicle with the same number.
Apparently POS LO and Sfdo LO were issuing the same numbers.
