If you don't want to listen to his entire speech:
He mentions the living ETs in the US at 6 mins.
He mentions 4 species have been visiting earth for thousands of years at 4 mins.
This is from a mock Congressional Hearing dubbed "Citizen Hearing on Disclosure" in Washington, D.C.
Event organizers expect as many as 40 witnesses, many with military or research backgrounds, to testify before former members of Congress on what might occur if extraterrestrial beings engaged the human race.
The force behind the event is Stephen Bassett, a lobbyist who specializes in extraterrestrial phenomena. He is also executive director of the Paradigm Research Group in Bethesda, Md.
Organizers, frustrated by the lack of political interest on UFO-related topics, have adopted the motto: "If the Congress will not do its job, the people will."
Paul Hellyer -- A former deputy prime minister and national defence minister in Canada, Hellyer has said publicly that he believes UFOs are real. He also has called for a space preservation treaty to ban the weaponization of space.

everything u said may have some grounding.. except this part. u do recognize that a single celled organism from off this planet is an alien? u do realize that extradimensional creatures are also.. 'alien'? they are not of THIS earth. so real bad logic on ur part. if there is even a single celled organism out there then there are more humanoids.

But you believe in an invisible man living in the sky?
MG Man wrote:the babel fish disproves god
`I refuse to prove that I exist,' says God, `for proof denies faith, and without faith I am nothing.'
`But,' says Man, `The Babel fish is a dead giveaway, isn't it? It could not have evolved by chance. It proves you exist, and so therefore, by your own arguments, you don't. QED.'
`Oh dear,' says God, `I hadn't thought of that,' and promptly disappears in a puff of logic.

But there are hybridized humans who are products of scientific experimentation over the years. (You don't think that Hitler's and Mengele's work were all in vain, do you?)
We should start seeing the first cloned grown humans in a few years time. (after all a cloned human has to start like everyone else).
The Germans were also working on flying saucer technology which was transferred to the good ole USA after WW2.
