Stray pitbull

This morning saw a woman launching stones at this maga looking pitbull dog, she says the owner was imprisoned and now the dog is hungry and sneaking up behind people. Who to call in the San Fernando area "close to cocoyea" to pick up the dog?

few months ago when construction on that villa started i called the relevant authorities.... as you can see no one has done anything, o well is government land and since they moved in the instance of strangers passing through the track located there has decreased," gotta find a bright side i guess"

yup definitely male.
now i have half a mind to feed it eh that way in a few weeks he will like me and his owner would owe me for saving his dog but
1) dunno when owner may get out if he really jailed
2) don't know if i may give dog back after getting emotionally attached.
3) got a moody German shep retriever mix in d yard also male that may not like his new friend.

check animal wellfare they have a page on face book. the dog looks like a nice pup... if I didn't have my beast i would have adopted him in one shot....last resort is tspca....

sad part is that the dogs owner has a "friend" occupying the residence who has been there from before he was arrested " supposedly" and just ignored the dog...
