Excellent stores usually carries lodge cast iron pots and the like... It isn't enamel coated though

Does anyone know where you can get heavy cream that has not been ultra pasteurized?

Is that different to the Anchor or Emborg heavy cream you'll see in the freezer section of the grocery?

the one where they use a big clay pot and put it in a barrel and insulate it with sand or perlite or whatever?

Once you not making naan in it, check out madman Alton from foods netwerk. He cut a conical clay pot and set it over a round bbq pit.

The chili one is ok, I use it on pizza and when making wings. The lemon is meh it just gives an aftertaste that's synthetic and overpowering. The garlic I use for cooking. Tbh the only one I've bought repeatedly is the chili

A very good quality butter Puggy :D

Kerrygold does not disappoint but President is French.

And in France butter is King :D
