LCD TV Repair

Postby tananaimbatman » November 25th, 2012, 7:35 am

So while I was casually looking at my Sharp 52"(LC-C5255U), I hear a medium sounding noise and it never came back on. Was plugged into a surge protector and I'm not really sure what went wrong. Was bought in Pricesmart in 2008 and I believe that warranty has expired. If anyone knows what could have went wrong and where I might get it fixed, I'd really appreciate the info. Thanks

Suspect the power supply board...common failure with the Aquos series.

This problem is directly related to the cholestron and flyback transmogrifier.
