my daughter father wants a divorce he is not doing it through an attorney he has three children with his married wife all over the age of 21. do you think he will have any problems going through with it they do not have any assets or anything together on their names they have been separated for 7yrs the only thing is that the children is not happy about it. any help on this matter.

Once separated for a year there should be little problem with divorce, even if one party want to contest. Man will have to pay ah money even though they don't have shared assets.
