Pigeon. Try corn maybe. Normally at that age they're still fed "milk" by their parents. He probably fell or was pushed out of the nest by a bigger sibling :|

Never had to hand feed one so I'm not really sure what to tell you

Crop milk

Crop milk is a secretion from the lining of the crop of parent birds that is regurgitated to young birds. They are found among all pigeons and doves where they are referred to as pigeon milk. Crop milk is also produced by flamingos and some penguins.

Hy,
This is baby pegion.
Try to feed it rice and if it is not eating them, then try to open its mouth and then put rice in its mouth.
They are too little that cannot eat anything by themselves.
Also put some water in bowl besides it.

What's with the increase in post about a certain avian variety? Cardo, the only way to get that creature to eat is by chewing up a few worms and regurgating it.. otherwise he would not survive! BTW, there's a very good chance he came from that house across the road, as back in the day we found plenty of baby pigeons in the drain by Martin St.

Warning: whatever you do, please don't take him to movietown bcuz he will eat all your popcorn & squak like a mofo! People tend to get upset when a bird.........
