I dont understand why people think Jack Warner is some super worker?

Some of the projects Jack Warner oversaw failed like the Country Club retaining wall and the road somewhere behind Calvary Hill. There are projects that have stalled like the Diego Martin Highway and projects that are going very late like the CRH/UBH Package C. One of the first things he did as Works Minister, the press exposed that he gave out a contract for the lighting for the Tobago airport without proper tendering (my uncle bid for it too ).

Someone once said that sometimes the most corrupt minister isn't the one that is doing nothing, it is the one that does everything. The one that does nothing is because bureaucracy holds him back, but the one that does everything disregards bureaucracy and money is unaccounted for.
