From Wikipedia:

"The Walking Dead is an American post-apocalyptic drama television series developed for television by Frank Darabont. It is based on the comic book series The Walking Dead by Robert Kirkman, Tony Moore, and Charlie Adlard.
The series stars Andrew Lincoln as sheriff's deputy Rick Grimes who wakes up after being in a coma to find the world dominated by "walkers", resembling the zombies of George A. Romero's horror movies. He sets out to find his family and other survivors along the way.
The Walking Dead premiered on October 31, 2010 on the cable television channel AMC in the United States. Based on its reception, AMC renewed the series for a second season of 13 episodes which premiered on October 16, 2011. Two episodes into the second season, AMC announced that the show would return for a third season.
The series has been well received by critics, and has received many award nominations, including a Writers Guild of America Award nomination and a Golden Globe Award nomination for Best Television Series Drama. The series has also attained strong Nielsen ratings, beating various records for a cable series, including receiving 9 million viewers for its season two finale to become the most-watched basic cable drama telecast in history."

Didn't think I had time in my day to add another TV series to my must watch list, but after the first episode I was sold. Highly recommended especially to those with Game of Thrones and Dexter withdrawal until new seasons.

Most tuners won't have the capacity to follow a show like Mad Men but yeah AMC's series are great

Walking Dead's intro creeps me out everytime :|

I've been following this show since it began...
The zombie scenes are really graphic and cool. Found that last season kinda slow at times tho.
The episodic game is alrite if ur into those things.
Currently reading the "graphic novels"...

As for Mad Men... It win!!!
Certain tings they did back in those days i wish i coulda get away wit now...

Big, big show!

Season 3 premiere was rel bad! Episode 2 was tonight, will download first thing in the morning.

But what ya'll thought about season 2? It seems that the general consensus was that it was slow and boring and there wasn't much zombies and edge of your seat moments. The thing is, Walking Dead is primarily a drama. It's not really about people killing zombies but how the zombie apocalypse affects their relationship and their overall way of thinking as they try to adapt and survive to their new environment.

The slow pace of season 2 just built up so well to, quite frankly, one of the most epic season finales in any TV series I have ever seen.

Slow and boring, yes....but still entralling. Some episodes kinda s*cked in S2 honestly, but the last episode more than made up for it.

That said, Walking Dead series has so much potential. It's one of the most interesting zombie worlds ever created, mainly because there is still so much mystery surrouding the virus, who is alive, whether any large human settlements exist, is or was there a cure, what is happening outside of white trash america etc.

That is why everyone wants to serries to progress faster, because in season one they set a fantastic foundation (thank the comics for that). In their defence, season 2 was about character building, but even that was done slowly.

I hate mid season breaks. First Breaking Bad, now The Walking Dead.

Can't wait to see how Merle and Daryl plot plays out as Andrea look on in horror and confusion.

Shane always seem to be too New York to be from the South.

It funny how Rick and the Governor in real life are British, their accents are really believable.
