divorce act

Can the divorce case in canada be transfer in india on hindu marriage act? I am a canadian citizen and i got married in India.Now i have filed a divorce case in Canada. My wife is a canadian PR . and she has a maintainance Case in India .My question is Can Indian court demand for the Divorce case to be transferred to India on the Hindu marriage Act?

Yes, it can. I have dual citizenship from Trinidad and Alaska and I got married to a woman who has dual citizenship from India and Uganda. But now I reside in Abu Dhabi and Pakistan and divorced her on the grounds of her not being able to sakay a Sada roti. She had a maintenance case ongoing with her former husband who had dual citizenship from Canada and Seychelles. All these cases were transferred to the family court in Bombay, India.

:| Not me again and an Ugandan indian woman who cannot sakay a Sada roti.
