Selling Alcohol Illegally were to report ?

Have a neighbor asked me this .she sells her alcohol legal,she has her permit up to date and sells wholesale ,not to far from her has an wholesale and retail good store without any licence,found out 2 weeks now, selling underhand,by night she says the van loads cases of beers and boxes of rum. will like to know what authority can contact of this illegal ongoing business ?

no problem selling cigarettes, but alco requires a license
I agree this is not hating.....it sucks when some people have to pay for a license, have their premises inspected every year, etc while some clown can just open his doors and sell

Men pay money for a license and some johnny come lately jus ups and say he sellin alco too and taking away all the customers? put yrself in the same position.

AFAIK cigs need a license as well MG;
