Need some help....

Postby Roy15 » December 2nd, 2011, 9:23 pm

Trying to reload a dell dimension 9200 and getting problems. Tried reloading xp and vista and both setups saying that some files cannot be copied, any help is appreciated.

try burning the os on a slower speed then boot it back from the drive, some drives dont read the high speed burnt cd's, if not it could be your optical drive lens maybe need cleaning or it maybe is damage.

seeing as how you tried XP and vista and they both failed check your optical drive..may need a new one....

replace optical drive and load either XP or win 7....
vista is sheit...
