WI players aren't known to be runs accumulators like other nations cricketers. We have the biggest strike rates though, I'm sure if there 's a list for that we'll dominate it.

not only that, but the fact that they dont play for WI when certain T20 competitions are taking place world wide or their stance /selection with WICB
The list was for ICC international games and our best is gayle with 54 innings and 1600 runs as of 2019
compared to those in the list with atleast 20 more innings

Decent start. A wicket to Cornwall and a run out .... plus a easy dropped catch off Roach.

Lets see how the batsmen fare today now that the bowlers gave them a good start.
It was worth noting apparently this is SL's 2nd lowest innings total in the Caribbean with their lowest coming in 2018 in Barbados, a match they won btw!!

With WI never count the opposition out.

And so far he is batting on 38 not out. He has made more runs than Brathwaite, Bonner, Blackwood, Holder and Joseph.

He is closing in on Mayers and Campbell. EDIT: He just passed Mayers and Campbell; Now 46n.o.

Lemme hear yuh now, nah! :D :D :D :D

There is a clear bias to Cornwall that shouldn't sit well with anyone.
How can Hetmeyer consistently fail fitness tests but morbidly obese Cornwall keep going on tour after tour?

At some point fractures will emerge in the squad. And there was enough time to address Cornwall's weight as he has been in and around the set up for years and has had dedicated access to dieticians and fitness coaches by the WICB.

This is why WI will always be mediocre. Compare to Rishabh Pant who India dropped for being overweight and now he has come back a premier player. Talent needs discipline

WG Grace played when the fitness levels of his contemporaries would be similar.
Cornwall playing when the fitness levels in the other international teams are of a higher standard.

Probably not. But one thing is clear from this match.....who replaces Kemar Roach when he is gone?
Man is head and shoulders above all the other fast bowlers in the Caribbean.

WI will be chasing 300+ to win the match. Doubt they will win it most likely this is looking like a Draw or loss.

Place ya bets.

they threw away a good chance of a win yesterday
Bowler rotation was poor and some bad defensive field placement
why did he stick with cornwall for soooooo long is beyond me..they end up scoring 130 off his 42 over spell
